The Scheduler and Add Visit in Add Job

This update is all about improvement. We’ve taken nothing away but added new functionality to a couple of key areas to ease your Job management.
Firstly you will notice the main menu has changed slightly. Schedule, which use to sit in the blue bar and Geo Map, which was a floating black tab, have now moved here. You’ll also notice Overview is now named Home.
Within the Scheduler itself there are some key changes to functionality. You now have the ability to view the Scheduler using two key functions:
Time View: This allows you to quickly identify gaps within your Schedule to allow for speedier job allocation. In this view the time will appear in the left column of the Scheduler. Within this view you also have the option to change the height of the time range, using the plus and minus functions, they are found below settings at the top right of the Scheduler.

Resource View: In resource view your team members are presented on the left and you have the option to Collapse and Expand the Visit details.
Quick Look: When you select Quick Look a small box with the Visit details will open just off your cursor every time you hover over a Visit.

Add a Visit in Add Job
86% of you just create one visit per job so this feature is crucial. Click on Add Job and Add Visit is nestled at the bottom of the Add Job panel.
