Note: Navman integration is currently only possible in Australia & New Zealand

What does the Integration Do?

  • GeoOp Staff members are matched with Navman Wireless units installed in their vehicles

  • Vehicle locations are sent into GeoOp from the Navman Wireless API in real-time

  • Jobs are mapped in GeoOp and can then be allocated to the nearest or most appropriate member of staff at any time

  • The job notifications appear on the Navman Wireless unit informing staff where to go next

  • As GPS data comes in staff members are automatically checked in and out of their allocated jobs as they arrive and leave

Setting up your Navman and GeoOp Integration

Initial Integration

When logged in as an Administrator, go to the Settings Cog in the navigation bar and click on "Integrations" in the menu. You will see the Navman logo under GPS Navigation menu, click on "Setup". In the popup window, tick Enable Teletrac Navman.

Next you will need to enter a Teletrac Navman API username and password.

Note: Your Online AVL2 username and password will not work. If you do not have an API username and password, please contact your Navman Wireless dealer to acquire one.

Here you can also opt in / opt out of the following options:

  • Send Job Routes to Navman Units

Once you have selected your options click save.

Top Tip:

  • If you make a mistake at any point or need to disconnect the integration, you can head back to this page and click Disconnect
