How to add Notes and Photos to a job?
Adding notes, files and photos to your jobs couldn't be easier using the GeoOp mobile app. A file or note can be added either as a general record on jobs, or attached to a particular Charge item (labour, material or payment).
To add a note to a job, you have 2 options:
From the Overview tab, click on the Add Note button
From any tab on the job, click + > Note
You will be asked to select the type of note you'd like to create from one of these categories:
Photos: directly taken from your device's camera or uploaded from your device's gallery
File: allow you to type a note and attach any type of document to it.
Signature: allow you to collect a digital signature that you can capture on your device's screen
Barcode: allow you to scan a barcode with your phone and store the barcode number and photo to the job.
Once your note is ready, press save for the note to be added to the job.

Can each photo/file have its own description?
Yes, when creating a note with multiple attachments from the GeoOp mobile app you are asked to create a "master" description for that note that will be displayed on the list of notes (Notes tab).
However, you can also add a separate description/label on each individual if required.
Upload all the photos/files you need to the note
Click on the arrow pointing right next to the "Attach files" header to access the screen allowing you to edit each individual image
Click on the pencil icon of the photo/file you'd like to update

Once done, click Done
Go back to the initial screen and don't forget to press Save
