Managing your GeoOp subscription is straightforward and can be done directly from your account. Below are clear and detailed steps to update your subscription, whether you need to add or remove licenses, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription.


Updating Your Subscription to Add New Licenses

If you need to add more licenses to your GeoOp subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Access Subscription and Billing: Click on your profile icon in the navigation bar and select "Subscription and Billing." Note: You must have administrative permissions to access this section.

  2. Update Licenses: In the Subscription and Billing section, you can change the number of licenses on your plan. After making your changes, you will be redirected to a secure payment portal to enter your credit card information.

  3. Billing Changes: The updates to your subscription will take effect on your next billing cycle.


Updating Your Subscription to Downgrade Licenses

If you want to reduce the number of licenses on your GeoOp subscription or downgrade your plan, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact Support: To downgrade your plan, reach out to our support team via our website live chat, after asking our AI bot, select "Talk to a person".

  2. Process the Downgrade: A support representative will guide you through the steps needed to adjust your subscription according to your requirements.


Cancelling Your Subscription

If you want to cancel your GeoOp subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Survey: To start the cancellation process, complete the cancellation survey available at this link: Cancel Subscription Survey.

  2. Finalize Cancellation: After completing the survey, your subscription cancellation will be processed and someone from our team will reach out to let you know it has been cancelled. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

As the administrator of a GeoOp account, you can update your payment information by following these steps:

  1. Access Subscription and Billing: Click on your profile icon and select "Subscription and Billing."

  2. Update Credit Card: In the Subscription and Billing section, you will see your current payment method and recent invoices. Click "Update Credit Card" to enter your new payment details.

How do I make a payment?

Payments are made securely via credit card on a monthly basis. GeoOp accepts both Visa and Mastercard.

Why was I charged $1 on my credit card?

A $1 charge is made when you add or update a credit card to verify your payment details. This charge is immediately refunded.

Do your prices include tax?

Prices do not include tax, except for New Zealand, where tax is set at 15%.

What currency is GeoOp billed in?

GeoOp bills in USD, AUD, NZD, EUR, or GBP, depending on your region. For other regions, the default billing currency is USD.

Can I put my account on hold or suspend it?

Yes, you can put your account on hold. During this period, you will not be charged, and you will not have access to your account. All account data will be saved and will be available when you restart your subscription.
