How to reset your own Password
You can reset your own password by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the login page or by clicking here. This will fire an email to you, which in turn will ask you to set a new password.
The correct email address associated with your account can be found by one of your account administrators by going to Staff > Selecting your profile > viewing the field "email".
How to reset the Password of another user
If you have Admin permission you can change the password of another user. Go to Staff > Staff List and find the user that needs a new password.
Type the new password twice (New and Confirm). We don't show you the old password. Under "Current Session Password" type your own password (as an admin user). We confirm here that you have the right to change someone else's password. Make sure to scroll to the bottom and select 'Save' before leaving.
The system will create a new password. Please note that the new password will be required as soon as it's updated. If a device has the old password, the app will automatically log the user out.
FAQs and Troubleshooting
After resetting my password the login is saying username or password incorrect
After resetting your password, your new password will start working immediately. If you are getting a username or password incorrect error this is likely because one of the two have not been entered correctly. Follow the below steps to ensure you are using the correct username and password.
Both fields are case-sensitive, so "Password" is different from "password." and "JohnDoe" is different from "johndoe". Your usename may also not be the same as your email address, for example your email could be john.smith@company.com but your username could be johnny123.
1 For your username
We recommend checking with an administrator on your account exactly what your username is (including if it has any capital letters!). They can do this simply by going to Staff > clicking on your profile. The username field is the first field on the list, copy the username exactly as it appears on the screen.
2 For your password
We recommend using the 'eye' icon to show your password to ensure it is being entered correctly.
Lastly, your password is reset based on the email address you entered to fire the password reset. It is possible that the email address you enetered could be associated with a different user on your account. Also get your administrator to check what is the correct email address associated with the user you are attempting to log in as.
I am not receiving an email when resetting my password
If you sent a request for a password reset and did not receive anything first check your junk email to make sure it is not in there. Next you'll want to check with an administrator on your account if you have used the correct email address that is associated with your user.
They can do this simply by going to Staff > clicking on your profile. If the email address listed here does match the email you entered to reset your password, then no reset email will be sent.
Please also ensure that you are entering the associated email into the password reset form and not entering your username which could be different.
