The GeoOp mobile app gives you access to your team members database anytime, from anywhere. Your GeoOp Administrator needs to grant you the "View Staff list" to have access to that section of the app.
What client information do I have access to?
Head to the People menu > Staff tab to view your staff list. Tap to a client to view its details, which includes:
Contact details (mobile, email, etc.) ;
Live status ;
GeoOp Role.
Tap on the mobile phone number to call. Tap on the email address to send an email using the GeoOp emailing system.
Tips: keep your status updated to let your team know what you are at.
Head to the More screen at the bottom right corner of your screen and directly tap on your status under your profile picture. Select a pre-defined status from the list or enter one manually. |

How to email a staff?
Simply click on the Staff Email field displayed on the Staff screen. The email screen is displayed with the staff's email populated. You can add more recipients by clicking on the + icon and typing any custom email address.
| Tip: tick the "Send copy to myself" to be copied in the email sent using the email you have saved in your profile. |
