What is an Unavailability in GeoOp?
Unavailability in GeoOp refers to a period of time where you are not available to work on jobs. It can be because you are on leave, sick or in training.
Using the GeoOp mobile app, you can submit your unavailabilities to let everyone know you won't be able to work on jobs at specific dates. Once submitted in the system, you will be shown as unavailable on the GeoOp Scheduler.
How do I enter my unavailabilities in the system?
From the GeoOp mobile app, simply head to the Time menu. You will view the list of unavailabilities submitted by you and all your team members. To add a new Unavailability, simply tap + > Unavailability. Fill the form and don't forget to press save. You're done!
You can also view and add unavailability entries from the Calendar view (Schedule menu).
