The GeoOp mobile app gives you access to your client database anytime, from anywhere. Your GeoOp Administrator needs to grant you the "View Client list" to have access to that section of the app.

What client information do I have access to?

Head to the People menu > Client tab to view your client list. Tap to a client to view its details, which includes:

  • Contact details (mobile, email, billing contact, etc.) ;

  • Address ;

  • List of Jobs ;

  • Quotes ;

  • Invoices.

Tips: tap on the mobile phone number to quickly call the client. Tap on the email address to send an email to the client using the GeoOp emailing system.

How to email a client?

Simply click on the Client Email field displayed on the Overview tab. The email screen is displayed with the client's email populated. You can add more recipients by clicking on the + icon. If a Billing Client exists for that client, its email will pop-up and can be selected. You can also add any custom email address by typing it.

Tip: tick the "Send copy to myself" to be copied in the email sent using the email you have saved in your profile.
