What type of notifications can I receive?
The GeoOp mobile app is fully integrated with the web version and makes communication between you and the rest of your team faster.
You will only receive notifications if you gave permission to the GeoOp app to receive notifications on your device. That permissions is requested the first time will you install the app on your device, but you can change it at any time from your device's settings.
Once enabled, you will receive the following notifications:

Job Update | When a job assigned to you has one of the following information updated: job title/description, job status, address, client or priority | Instant |
Booking Reminder | Get notified before the start of any of your jobs. The notification will be received 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour before the start of the job depending on how your admin set up your account.

How to enable notifications on your device?
The first time you'll install the GeoOp app on your device you'll be asked to grant permission to receive notifications. We highly recommend to grant that permission so you'll receive live updates for your jobs and always stay on top of you schedule.
If you decide to not grant GeoOp permission to send you notifications, in that case you won't receive any of the notifications above.
If you change your mind later and want to enable GeoOp permission to send you notifications, you can always do it via your device's settings.
On Android (the path may vary depending on your model): Settings > Apps > GeoOp > Notifications > Make sure it is enabled
On iOS: Settings > GeoOp > Notifications > Allow Notifications > Make sure it is enabled
